What we will need from you are any of the following documents to substantiate your case:
- Stock certificates and/or security instruments
- Proof of payment (Any cancelled checks or copies of wire transfers for all investments)
- Contract Agreements
- PPM’s Private Placement Memorandums and Initial Marketing Materials
- Any and all correspondence between you and company (i.e. emails, letters, etc.)
- The A notarized statement of what took place prior to investing with the firm.
